Always very impressed when you ring that the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful when you could be worried

I have a fantastic understanding doctor called Dr Kirk. I couldn't of asked for better patient care. Never have to wait for an appointment. Always friendly and a smile on all staff (faces)

Doctors and clinical staff are fab and I have always been entirely satisfied on my visit , however 50% of the time the reception staff are unpleasant and obtrusive when it's not necessary.
